We aim to make the best, most delicious smelling candles for you to enjoy. 
To help with any questions you may have, we have compiled a few of your FAQ's and our company order & delivery guidlines.

As we create candles to your request:

We make & dispatch orders within 3-5 Business days. Retail orders and wholesale orders are generally dispatched within 7 business days.

Orders are dispatched wth Australia Post. Please use an address which you know is safe to receive parcels.

While we can assist with tracking parcels, collection of parcels is your responsibility.

 

We love meeting customers and are happy to arrange a time for you to pick up your candles, rather than posting. Drop us an email or call once your order is placed. Depending on your location and time constraints, sometimes it is possible for us to drop it to you!​

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

If an item breaks, we will replace it at our cost.

If an item is not deemed damaged or incorrect, we have the right to leave the order as is or swap at your cost.

We retain the right to refund the product and NOT replace. Alternatively, replacements may be added to future orders.
